摘要
免疫检测技术具有特异性强、灵敏度高、方便快捷、检测成本低、安全可靠等优点,已成为现代生命科学的重要研究手段,在农畜产品安全检测中有着良好的应用前景。介绍了免疫检测技术的类型、技术要点及其在农畜产品安全检测中的应用,探讨了免疫检测技术存在的问题和发展趋势。
Because of the characteristic of high sensitivity, high specificity, convenient and fast, easy handling, low cost, safety and reliability, immunoassay technology has become an important research method in modern life science and will be a prospected method in agricultural and livestock products security detection. In this paper, the type of immunoassay technology, technical points, application in security detection of the agricultural and livestock products were introduced. We also discussed the problems and trends of immune detection technology.
