摘要
对新疆石河子地区不同奶牛场的48头患子宫内膜炎奶牛进行了子宫采样和调查,并对采集的样本进行了病原菌分离和中药敏感性试验,结果从样本中共分离出136株主要病原菌,其中葡萄球菌42株,占30.88%,大肠杆菌33株,占24.26%,变形杆菌25株,占18.38%,链球菌17株,占12.50%,沙门氏菌9株,占5.88%,其他细菌11株,占8.09%;中药药敏试验表明,子宫内膜炎各主要致病菌对益母草、当归、川芎、桃仁、五灵脂、甘草等单味药不敏感或低度敏感,对"宫达宁"复方低敏或中度敏感,未测出多数单味药的最小抑菌浓度,"宫达宁"复方的最小抑菌浓度较高。说明"宫达宁"有一定程度的抑菌作用,但直接抑菌作用不强,其药效的发挥可能主要通过调节动物的整体机能实现的。
In order to realize the type and distribution of pathogens from endometritis of dairy cow in Shihezi Region and explore the Anti-inflammatory effect of 'Gong Da-ning', 48 dairy cows with endometritis from different regions were selected on sampling survey and medicine sensitivity of uterus's pathogens. The result shows that 136 main pathogens were isolated from the samples, of which there were Staphylococcus 42 strains, accounting for 30.88 % ,E. coli 33 strains, accounting for 24.26 %, deformation Bacillus 25 strains, accounting for 18.38 % ,streptococcus 17 strains, accounting for,12.5 %, Salmonella 9 strains , accounting for 5.88 %, and other bacterial 1 strains, accounting for 8.09 %. The results of Chinese medicine sensitivity showed that the major pathogens from endometritis were insensitive or low-sensitive to Herba leonuri, Chinese Angelica, Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort, Peach Seed, Trogopterus Dung and Licorice Roots Northwest Origin, low-sensitive or highly sensitive to ' Gong Da-ning' compound, did not detect the MIC of most single medicine, and the MIC was high of ' Gong Da-ning' compound. This suggested that ' Gong Da-ning' compound had a certain degree of anti-inflammatory , but the direct effect was not strong, so the efficacy of 'Gong Da-ning' compound could be produced by regulating the overall function of the realization.
