摘要
利用数值模拟技术,模拟并分析了锚网喷、锚索耦合支护机理,并以鹤壁某矿为工程背景,确定了深部高应力条件下合理的锚网喷+锚索耦合支护结构,并设计优化了支护参数及施工过程工程实践表明该方案可充分发挥围岩的自承能力,有效控制巷道变形,支护效果明显。
Based on numerical simulation technology, coupling support mechanics of rock bolt and mesh reinforcement and concrete spray-up and anchor wire has been analyzed. According to actual engineering of a coal mine of Hebi, the reasonable structure of bolt and mesh reinforcement and anchor wire support under high horizontal site-stress has been presented, as well as the optimization for the supporting parameter and construction process. Engineering practice results show that the scheme can make use of the self-supporting strength of the deep adjacent rock, bring the self-supporting capability of adjacent rock into full play and controlling the roadway deformation effectively, and getting good supporting effect.
