摘要
用增加膳食维生素E(VE)观察对冷应激大鼠红细胞(RBC)膜丙二醛(MDA)含量和钠,钾-ATP酶[(Na,K)-ATPase]活性的影响。结果表明:增加膳食VE摄入可以降低大鼠RBC膜MDA含量;冷暴露24h后,高膳食VE摄入组RBC膜MDA含量明显低于室温高膳食VE组;冷应激可使大鼠RBC膜(Na,K)-ATPase活性明显升高;冷应激时高膳食VE摄入,大鼠RBC膜(Na,K)-ATPase活性较低膳食VE大鼠升高更显著。相关分析显示,大鼠RBC膜MDA含量与(Na,K)-ATPase活性间呈负相关。由此可见,增加VE摄入可以降低冷应激大鼠RBC膜MDA含量,增加膜(Na,K)-ATPase活性,MDA含量和(Na,K)-ATPase活性间呈负相关,推测膳食VE可能通过抗体内脂质过氧化,清除自由基,保护细胞膜引起了细胞膜(Na,K)-ATPase活性升高。
For elucidation of the effect of dietary Vitamin E to coldstress rat,we investigated the level of LPO product(MDA)and activity of (Na,K)ATPase in erythrocytic(RBC)membrane.40 adult male SpragueDawley rats were at random divided into 4 groups:high dietary VE(230μg/g) and coldesposed,low dietary VE(30μg/g) and coldexposed,high dietary VE and not coldexposed,low dietary and not coldexposed.The rats were fed at 18℃ for 2 weeks and later kept the Coldexpoised rats at 1±1℃ for 24h.The results showed that the levels of MDA in high dietary VE rats were obviously lower than those of low dietary VE rats(P<0 01),at the same time the activity of (Na,K)ATPase (P<0 01) no matter what diet was provided;and both high dietary VE and coldstress could increase the (Na,K)ATPase and the level of MDA in RBC membrane.The conclusion based on our findings was that either coldstress or dietary VE could increase the rat RBC membrane (Na,K)ATPase activities and VE could decrease the level of MDA in RBC membrane.We suggested that the change of the activity of ATPase was caused by the antioxidation effect of Vitamin E.
