摘要
测定３８名糖尿病患者内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽．结果，糖尿病患者内皮素均值高于正常人对照组，慢性血管并发症组高于无并发症组及急性并发症组．糖尿病患者血糖控制前与成功控制血糖后２周～２个月内的内皮素均值无显著性差异．糖尿病患者内皮素水平与ＨＢＡ１Ｃ、血脂、总胆固醇呈正相关．慢性并发症组降钙素基因相关肽均值低于正常人对照组、无并发症组．糖尿病急性并发症组与正常人对照组降钙素基因相关肽水平无显著差异．
The concentrations of endothelin and calcitonin gene related peptide were determined in the patients with diabetes.The result shows that the average value of plasma endothelin in the patients group is higher than that in the normal group .The average value of endothelin in the group with chronic complications is higher than that in the group with no complications or group with acute complications.There is no obvious difference in the average value of endothelin in patients between before blood sugar control and two weeks to two months after successful blood sugar control.The concentration of plasma endothelin in patients shows a positive correlation with HBA1 ,blood triglyceride,and total cholesterin.The average value of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide in the group with chronic complications is lower than that in the normal group and that in the group with no complications.There is no obvious difference in the average value of calcitonin gene related peptide between the group of patients with acute complications and the normal group.
