摘要
学校课程计划是落实课程领导力的重要载体之一。但学校课程计划在实践中却存在着被简化、弱化甚至虚无化的现象,这主要根源于对其价值的认识不清和很多观念上的误区。课程计划的研制是学校群体协作的结果,需要基于学校实际和科学方法的引领。学校课程计划主要包括学校背景分析、课程目标、课程设置与课时安排、课程实施与管理要求等内容。学校课程计划研制要紧扣目标、结构合理、体现特色、系统思考、强调操作,还需要不断探索与研究一些共性问题。
School Curriculum Plan (SCP) is one of the important carriers to realize curriculum leadership, but in practice, it has often been simplified and neglected because of some misunderstandings. Based on the school reality and scientific method, SCP mainly covers school's background analysis, curriculum goal, curriculum structure and content, class-hour arrangement, and curriculum implementation, evaluation and management, etc. A good SCP should be agreed with effective goal, has a reasonable structures, demonstrates characteristic and could be conveniently operated.
