摘要
通过分析高校教师专业发展存在的问题,从高校教师专业发展的激励、合作、培训、评价等机制层面,促进高校教师的专业发展,为加强高校教师队伍的管理、提高高校教师综合素质、促进高校教育的全面改革提供参考依据。
By analyzing the problems existing in the professional development of the university teachers, this essay presents the suggestions on such mechanism aspects of the mechanism as incentive, cooperation, training and assessment to promote the professional development of teachers. It provides the reference frame to strengthen the management of teaching staff, to improve the overall quality of teachers and to promote a comprehensive reform of higher education.
