摘要
本实验观察不同频率 (5 Hz、1 0 0 Hz)电针对急性佐剂性关节炎大鼠压力 -缩肢阈及下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、腰髓 β-内啡肽含量的影响。结果发现 :两种频率电针在升高关节炎大鼠痛阈的同时 ,亦可明显升高下丘脑 β-内啡肽含量 ,说明下丘脑 β-内啡肽参与关节炎大鼠针刺镇痛作用。
In the presentexperimenteffects ofelectroacupuncture at two different frequencies,5Hz and 10 0 Hz,on the pressure- induced limb- withdrawing latency and con- tents ofβ- endorphin in the hypothalamus,pituitary,a- drenal gland and lumbar spinal cord were observed in the rats with acute adjuvant- induced arthritis.Results showed that electroacupuncture at the two frequencies increased the pressure- induced limb- withdrawing la- tency( pain threshold) ,and raised significantly the con- tent ofβ- endorphin in the hypothalamus in the rat.Itis suggested thatβ- endorphin in the hypothalamus is in- volved in acupuncture analgesia in rats of arthritis.
