摘要
目的探讨退变椎间盘组织中的核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、基质金属蛋白酶13(MMP-13)表达及两者表达的相关性,为研究椎间盘退变的病因和治疗提供一定的理论依据。方法采用免疫组化法检测30例退变椎间盘组织(退变椎间盘组)中NF-κB、MMP-13表达,并与8例(创伤椎间盘组)正常椎间盘组织比较。结果病变椎间盘组椎间盘组织NF-κB、MMP-13的表达均明显高于创伤椎间盘组(均P<0.01);MMP-13与NF-κB表达呈正相关(r=0.733 0,P<0.01)。结论NF-κB、MMP-13可能在椎间盘组织退变中起重要作用。MMP-13产生与NF-κB的活化呈一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and matrix metalloproteinases 13 (MMP-13) in degenerated lumbar intervertebral disc, to supply theoretical support for the etiology and treatment of degenerative disc disease. Methods Totally 30 cases of degenerated lumbar intervertebral disc tissues were obtained by surgical operation from 2007 to 2008 as degenerated group,immunohistochemistry was used to test the expression of NF-κB and MMP-13. And the tissues of traumatogenic intervertebral disc tissues were obtained from 8 patients as traumatogenic group. Results The expression of NF-κB and MMP-13 in the degenerated group was higher than that in the traumatogenic group (P〈0.01). The expression of MMP-13 and NF-κB had determinate correlation (r=0. 733 0,P〈0.01). Conclusion NF-κB and MMP-13 might play a key role in the degenerated lumbar intervertebral disc. The expression of MMP-13 is related to the activation of NF-κB.
