摘要
研究了不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4、Na2CO3及混合溶液对补血草种子萌发的影响。结果表明:低浓度的单盐胁迫有利于补血草种子的萌发,但在较高盐浓度条件下,随着盐浓度的提高,发芽率、幼苗叶长、根长均呈下降趋势,盐胁迫对根长比对叶长的抑制作用明显。
Abstract.. Stidied the influence which the seeds of Limonium sinense (Grard) Kuntze sprouts and growth under different concentration of NaCl, Na2 SO4, Na2 CO3 and the mixed solution. The result indicated that, the influence of mixed solution to the seed Limonium sinense (Grard) Kuntze was the biggest, the concentration of salt solution was biger, the germination rate of the seeds of Limonium sinense (Grard) Kuntze was smaller and the length of shoot and root were shooter. The suppression of salt stress with the length of root was bigger than the suppression of salt stress with the length of shoot.
