摘要
用不同浓度(1.08g/L,2.9g/L,5.9g/L,11.7g/L,17.6g/L,23.4g/L,35.1g/L)的单盐NaCl和混合盐溶液,分别处理盐地高羊茅种子,以研究不同盐分处理对盐地植物种子萌发的影响,初步探讨盐地植物种子在盐敏感区间及其上下限区间内,对种子萌发率和萌发恢复率的影响。结果表明,在萌发盐敏感区间上限,随着盐浓度的增加,种子的萌发率迅速降低;在萌发盐敏感区间下限内,种子萌发率与对照无差异;敏感区间内,单盐和复合盐处理的种子,萌发率表现不一致。盐地高羊茅种子在复合盐中的萌发率最高,单盐NaCl对种子萌发的抑制作用大于混合盐溶液;盐胁迫处理10d后,未发芽的种子转至蒸馏水中,除浓度为35.1g/LNaCl溶液处理外,其他处理总萌发率都达到90%以上,表明盐胁迫下种子仍保持较高的萌发潜力。
the study was carried out to determine the germination ability d the seeds d halophyte festuca arumdinaeea, which were treated with various concentration of sodium chloride and natural mixed salt solutions, salinity ranging from 1.08g/L to 35. lg/L. It pilot studied that effect of salinity on rate of germination and rate of germination recovery in sensitivity interval. For each treatment,rate of germination and rate of germination recovery were compared. The result showed that rate of seed germination decreased as salinity increased upper limit semitivity interval; and that of seed germination has no difference in salinity solutions compared with ck lower limit sensitivity; but that of seed germination is difference between sodium chloride and natural mixed salt solutions among sensitivity. The optimal germination was obtained in natural mixed salt solutions. The salinity treatments were transferred to distilled water, the finial rate of germination was mote than 90% of that of original distilled water control except the concentration 35. 1g/L of sodium chloride sohfion. The results showed that salinity was a reversible osmotic inhibition to seed germination and has no much effect on seed germination ability. The rate of germination recovery increased with an increase d the salt concentration.
