摘要
通过应用管道应力计算方法、欧拉公式以及管内强制对流换热等传热学理论,解决了某电厂热力管道运行中出现的变形过大、应力分布不均的问题。文中,ASME判断式被用于初步考察管系自补偿能力。为验证改造的有效性,应用ANSYS软件对改造前后整个管系进行数值模拟,通过瞬态热分析和热应力、应变分析,对比相关数据后证明改造措施合理有效。
Pipeline stress calculation and Euler formula, as well as the theory of forced convection heat transfer in tube, are used to solve the problem of large deformation and uneven distribution of stress which occurred in thermal pipeline of a power plant. ASME formula is also performed to determine piping's capacity of self - compensation. Based on the results of ANSYS finite element analysis, the improved structure is verified to be effective.
