摘要
手术后多模式镇痛也称为平衡镇痛，是近年来提出的一种新的镇痛观念，其原理就是联合应用不同作用机制的镇痛药物或／和多种镇痛方法，作用于疼痛病理生理机制的不同时相和不同靶位，以求达到完美镇痛并尽可能减少单一药物和单一方法的不足与副作用，减弱疼痛和药物对神经、免疫、内分泌系统的影响，维持内环境的相对稳定，减少并发症，影响疾病转归。
＂Multimodal analgesia＂ or ＂balanced analgesia＂ is defined as two or more kinds of analgesic agents or techniques used in combination. This approach involves the use of more than one method or modality of controlling pain to obtain additive beneficial effects, reduce side effects, or both. This analgesic modal may operate with drugs and techniques in different mechanisms or at different targets （i. e. , peripheral v and central actions）. Benefits of multimodal analgesia include re- ducing the malignant influence on neural system, immune system and endocrine system. At the same time,it may promote the patient＇s recovery.
