摘要
建立了固相萃取净化-气相色谱同时检测蔬菜水果中6种有机氯农药残留的方法。样品经乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化,用气相色谱仪电子捕获检测器测定,6种有机氯农药在0.01~0.10 mg/kg的添加范围内的回收率为79.82%~104.01%,相对标准偏差为1.08%~9.50%;检测限为0.02 mg/kg。结果表明该方法简便、准确、快速,符合农药残留分析的要求。
A method - Gas Chromatographic (GC)with Solid-phase extraction purificationwas developed for simultaneous determination of six organoehlorine residues in vegetables and fruits. The samples were extracted with aeetonitrile and purified by Florisil solid phase extraction(SPE) cartridge and determined by GC/ECD. The recoveries of six organochlorines at a level of 0.01-0.10 mg/kg were 79.82% -104.01%, the relative standard deviations were 1.08% -9.50%, the detection limit was 0.02 mg/kg. The results indicated that this method was simple, reliable, fast and qualified for pesticide residue analysis.
