摘要
制备小麦秸秆粉末/NR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,小麦秸秆粉末对NR无明显补强作用,但具有良好的填充作用;采用氢氧化钠溶液、硅烷偶联剂KH-550或其水溶液对小麦秸秆粉末进行表面处理,均可改善复合材料的物理性能,其中硅烷偶联剂KH-550水溶液的效果较好。
A wheat-straw powder/NR composite was prepared, and its properties were investiga- ted. The results showed that the wheat-straw powder had little reinforcing effect on NR, but had good filling effect when the wheat-straw powder was modified by sodium hydroxide solution, silane coupling agent KH-550 or its solution, the physical properties of wheat-straw powder/NR composite were improved the silane coupling agent KH-550 solution possessed better modifying effect.
