摘要
用含不同浓度硒的Zarrouk培养液培养螺旋藻,用含不同浓度硒的豆芽汁葡萄糖培养酵母、并用含不同浓度硒的棉子皮培养基培养平菇、试验结果表明:在适宜的培养条件下,螺旋藻、酵母及平菇生长最适宜硬浓度分别为60mg·L(-1),10mg·L(-1)和200mg·L(-1),硒富集系数分别为19.2,14.4和22.6。将3种植物的蛋白质提出,经柱层析及电泳分离,分别得到多种含硒蛋白。试验证明。3种植物吸收的硒绝大部分都转化为含硒蛋白。
The optimal concentration of Na2SeO3 respectively for spirillum, yeast and mushroom cultivation was 60 mg·L(-1), 10 mg·Lu(-1) and 200 mg·L(-1). The eutrophication coefficient of selenium was 19. 2, 14. 4 and 22. 6. Selenoproteins in spirillum, yeast and mushroom. When three kind of protein were frationated using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and sephadex G-150 gel chromatography, they were purified. The result shows the majority of celenium that was absorbed by three microbes can be tranformed to the celenium-content protein.
