摘要 为了得到长势一致的雪莲果幼苗,采用组织培养的方法进行快速繁殖.结果表明:培养基MS+2,4-D(2.0mg/L)+NAA(1.0mg/L)适合愈伤组织的诱导;培养基MS+BA(2.0mg/L)+NAA(0.20mg/L)适合芽的诱导;培养基1/2MS+NAA(1.0mg/L)+IBA(0.5mg/L)适合再生植株生根.田园土:粗沙:腐殖土=1:1:1对组培苗的生长最有利. Tissue culture technology was used to obtain uniform seedlings of Yacon. The results showed: MS + 2, 4-D(2.0mg/L) + NAA(1.0mg/L) was the best to induce the callus of leaves; MS + BA(2.0mg/L) + NAA(0. 20mg/L) was the best to induce buds of stems; 1/2MS + NAA(1.0mg/L) + IBA(0.5mg/L) was the best to induce the roots of regeneration plants. It was the most feasible for the growth of seedling of tissue culture when the ratio of glebe soil, sand and mold is 1 : 1 : 1 .
