摘要
阐述了利用改良CTAB法提取雪莲果(Smallanthus sonchifolius)基因组DNA的的过程,对提取的DNA经0.8%琼脂糖凝胶电泳和紫外分光光度计检测,表明此法提取的DNA的一级结构完整,浓度较高,其DNA可进一步用于其他分子生物学试验。
This paper expounds that the genomic DNA of yacon （Smallanthus sonchifolius） was extracted with improved CTAB protocol. The extracted DNA was detected through 0.8 % agarose gel electrophoresis and with ultraviolet spectrophotometer. And the result shows that the primary structure of the DNA is integral, and its concentration is high. The extracted DNA could be used further in other experiments of molecular biology.
