摘要
针对高校软件项目缺乏高水平技术管理人员和过程管理机制的特点,以实验室项目煤矿安全监管系统为例,讨论敏捷开发的实施过程。实践表明,在高校软件项目中实施敏捷开发能够更好地进行项目管理、控制软件开发周期、降低返工率。
In view of deficient in high level technical management personnel in university software project and the characteristic of process management mechanism, this paper takes the laboratory project coal mine safety supervising and managing system as the example,and discus- ses implementation process of agile development. The practice indicates that implements of agile development in the university software pro- ject can be better to carry on project management, control software development cycle and reduce rework rate.
