摘要
通过对当前使用的竹材分丝细化类设备的结构、功用及性能的分析,找出其存在的问题,为研制满足竹丝高效加工的设备提供依据。结果表明:目前竹材分丝细化类设备普遍存在结构较为复杂,效率低,加工精度较低等缺点,将来这类设备应该向结构简单、效率高、精度高等方向发展。
By analyzing the frame, function and capability of bamboo thread equipment, finding the problems, then providing the basis to meet the development of the efficient of bamboo thread equipment. The results showed that： at present, the discerption and fine of bamboo thread equipment has widespread shortcomings,for example, complex structure, low efficiency, lower processing precision, in the future there will be the trend of simple structure, high efficiency, high-precision.
