摘要
进行了竹材的切削实验,运用CCD摄像技术拍摄竹材切削过程中的变形以及切屑形成情况,观测竹材在不同切削厚度、含水率、切削方向等条件下的切削特点,在此基础上对切屑进行初步归类并分析了各类切屑形成的机理及条件。
The paper states the bamboo cutting experiments, CCD camera is used to shoot the bamboo deformation and chip formation. The characteristics of bamboo cutting with different chip thickness and water content are observed. Chips are classified into different types, and the principle and conditions that different chips are formed are analyzed.
