摘要
[目的]研究南瓜中水含量与淀粉含量的相关性,为寻找一种在南瓜育种中快速简易的测定南瓜中淀粉含量的方法。[方法]以20个不同品种成熟南瓜和两个品种南瓜的不同生长期为材料,主要测定水含量、淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量等,来找出淀粉含量与水含量等的变化规律,并对75个不同品种成熟期的南瓜进行验证。[结果]两个品种不同生长发育时期南瓜的水含量与淀粉含量具有显著负相关性;20个不同品种成熟南瓜的水含量与淀粉含量也具有显著负相关性,得出水含量与淀粉含量之间的一元线性方程:y=1.863 2-1.947 3x,R2=0.885 2;用75个不同品种成熟期的南瓜对上述方程进行验证,证明方程y=1.863 2-1.947 3x是有意义的。[结论]南瓜中的淀粉含量可以通过测定南瓜的含水量,根据y=1.863 2-1.947 3x方程推算出,使南瓜中的淀粉含量的测定更为快速简易。
[ Objective] The relationship between the content of water and starch of pumpkin was researched for the prevision of the rapid testing method of starch in pumpkin. [ Method] The content of water, starch and polysaccharide of 20 pumpkin varieties with two growth periods were measured so that the variation principle of the content of water and starch was discussed, and then, the result was tested with 75 pumpkin varieties. [ Results] Two growth periods was negative correlation with the content of water and starch and there was the negative correlation between the content of water and starch of 20 pumpkin varieties. The linear equation between the content of water and starch was: y = 1. 863 2 - 1.947 3x ( R^2 = 0.885 2), which was tested by 75 pumpkin varieties. [ Conclusion] The content of starch of pumpkin could be determined through the test of the content of water. The application of the linear equation was easy in the measurement of the content of starch in pumpkin.
