摘要
[目的]探讨有机肥用量与大白菜卫生品质和营养品质的关系。[方法]以大白菜津绿80为供试蔬菜,以腐熟鸡粪作为基肥结合整地1次施入,收获时取样分析,检测鲜样中的NO3--N含量和主要营养品质。[结果]随有机肥用量的增加,NO3--N含量呈现出先慢后快的增长趋势;可溶性糖呈先增后减的趋势,N1 000处理最高,比对照增加8.2%;大白菜Vc含量均比对照有明显提高,且呈现出先快增后慢减的增长规律,增长最多的是N1 000处理,比对照增加24.6%。从大白菜主要营养品质角度考虑,有机氮施用量宜选用1 000 kg/hm2。[结论]该研究为发展绿色蔬菜生产提供了科学依据。
[ Objective] The aim was to discuss the relationship between the organic tertilizer amount and the hygienic quality and nutrient quality of Chinese cabbage. [Method] With Chinese cabbage Jinlv 80 as tested vegetable, the maturity chicken manure was taken as base fertilizer to'apply for one time combined with soil preparation. The samples were taken after harvest and then analyzed. The NO3-N content and main nutrient qualities of fresh samples were determined. [Result] With the increment of organic fertilizer amount, the NO3-N content was increased slowly firstly and then fast; The soluble sugar content was first increased and then decreased and that by the N1000 treaatment was highest, which was 8.2% more than that of control; The Vc content of Chinese cabbage were all obvious advanced than that of the control and it was increased fast firstly and then decreased slowly, and the increment of the Vc content by the N1000 treatment was most, which was 24.6% more than that of control. Considering the main nutrient qualifies of Chinese cabbage, the suitable organic nitrogen fertilizer amount was 1 000 kg/hm^2. [ Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for the development of green vegetable production.
