摘要
针对济南钢铁集团公司热连轧厂宽度控制手段较单一、且粗轧前没有测宽仪而影响成品带钢宽度精度的问题,重新解析了宽展模型的参数,同时改善了宽展自学习方式,提高了成品宽度控制精度。
In view of single width control method and without width measurement in the front of rounghing mill of Hot Strip Mill of Jinan Iron & Steel Group Corp. ,the model parameters were optimized and the method of self-learning was improved. The width precision of strip has been enhanced by the improved model.
