摘要
在研究分析SS400带钢热变形中组织演变规律的基础上,通过优化控制轧制控制冷却工艺,并采取提高温度检测的准确性和加强层流冷却系统的维护等措施,较好地解决了唐钢1810mm生产线生产的SS400厚规格带钢的力学性能偏低问题。
Based on microstructure transformation rules analysis of SS400 strip,the controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology was optimized, and the mechanical properties of thick gauge strip were improved.
