摘要
为解决跨企业工艺扩散中制造资源与制造工艺的匹配问题,首先提出了制造工艺约束信息模型和制造资源能力信息模型,然后根据这两个模型包含的信息和信息之间的关系,提出了满足度和匹配度的概念。在此基础上提出了满足度模型和匹配度模型。满足度模型与匹配度模型均为层级化模型,每个层级采用量化参数方式描述。给出了满足度模型和匹配度模型各个层级包含的信息,以及计算层级参数的方法。最后,通过一个实例验证了所提方法的有效性。
To resolve matching problem between manufacturing resources and manufacturing process in cross-enterprise process proliferation, Manufacturing Process Constraint Information Model (MPCIM) and Manufacturing Resource Capability Information Model (MRCIM) were proposed firstly. Secondly, based on relationships between information in MPCIM and information in MRCIM, concepts of sufficing capability degree and matching eapability degree were defined. And then Sufficing Capability Degree Model (SCDM) and Matching Capability Degree Model (MCDM) were constructed. And these two models were hierarchical models, and each hierarchy was described by a parameter respectively. Information included in each hierarchy of SCDM&MCDM was studied in particular, and the computation methods of hierarchy parameters were also presented. Finally, a case study was provided to verify the validity of the proposed methods.
