摘要
盲目跟进互联网应用,对于企业蕴藏巨大的风险。企业原创或者模仿一定的电子商务模式,有必要对该种模式的可行性进行分析,以降低电子商务投资的风险。电子商务模式的可行性分析应该围绕电子商务模式的关键点即价值主张及其创造过程由浅入深、相互反馈的闭环过程而展开。基于价值的电子商务模式可行性分析框架主要由商务模式机会性分析、匹配性分析和有效性分析的闭环与反馈流程构成。
Enterprises blindly following up internet application can contain enormous risks. Whether enterprises design or copy certain e- commerce models,it is necessary to conduct a feasibility research into the models to reduce the risk of e-commerce investment. The feasibility analysis of the e-busiiness model should be centered on the key points of value proposition and creation processes. We proposed a feasibility analysis concept framework of e-business model based on the value and feasibility research ideas in Technical Economics. That is a closed-loop and feedback process,which is from the opportunity analysis to the matching analysis and then to the effectiveness analysis.
