摘要
目的:了解我区食品中铅、镉污染状况。方法:在我区各主要超市、农贸市场等采集7大类共11个食品品种进行铅、镉项目的检测。结果:在所检测的100个样品中,铅合格率为99%,镉合格率为84%。结论:结果显示,我区该几类食品铅污染情况不严重,但镉污染状况特别是猪肾中镉污染状况仍然严峻,在15件猪肾样品中有13件超过国家标准,对人体健康存在威胁。
Objective：To determine the situation of lead and cadmium contamination in food. Methods：Collect 7 categories of 11 varieties of food from major supermarkets, trading markets of Wanzhou city, then detect the content of lead and cadmium. Results： 100 samples were determined, it was found that the passing rate of lead content is 99% , and the passing rate of cadmium content is 84%. Conclusion：The pollution of lead is not serious. But the cadmium pollution, particularly the cadmium pollution of pig kidneys is very serious. In 15 samples of pig kidneys, there were 13 samples over the national standard level.
