Secretagogin在45例胃癌及其周围组织中的表达

Secretagogin Expression in Gastric Cancer Tissue and Cancer Surrounding Tissue

摘要 [目的]探讨Secretagogin(SCGN)在胃癌及其癌旁正常组织中的表达。[方法]采用免疫组化方法测定45例胃癌及其癌旁正常组织中SCGN的表达,并与传统神经内分泌标志物进行比较。[结果]SCGN在胃癌组织中阳性表达率为13.3%(6/45),周围正常黏膜中阳性表达率为86.6%(P<0.05),低分化及印戒细胞胃癌组织中SCGN表达高于高、中分化胃癌,T3～4期SCGN表达高于T1～2期(P<0.05)。[结论]SCGN与胃癌的发生发展及预后有关,有可能成为胃癌重要的生物学标志物。
