Secretagogin为钙结合蛋白,定位于染色体6p22.3-p22.1,转录后通过剪接和mRNA修饰形成两个变异体。Secretagogin在神经内分泌肿瘤中高表达,与传统的神经内分泌标记物如嗜铬粒蛋白、突触素、神经元特异性烯醇化酶联合定位于神经内分泌细胞核,是一种新型的神经内分泌标志物,并可在所有肿瘤细胞的细胞质中检测到。其可通过Ca^2+信号转导途径控制细胞增殖和分化,并可诱导P物质转录抑制而使细胞增殖率下降。Secretagogin可用免疫组化、免疫荧光显微镜等多种方法检测。
Secretagogin is a calcium-binding protein which located at chromosome 6p22.1-22.3. There are two new variants of it - - secretagogin-R22 and setagin. Secretagogin is highly expressed in neuroendocrine tumors, and it is a novel neuroendocrine marker, which can be detected in the cytoplasm of all tumor cells. Secretagogin controls the proliferation and differentiation of cells through regulating calcium signaling and degrades cell proliferation through induced P substance transcription. Secretagogin can be detected by immtmohistochemistry, immtmofluorescence microscope, etc.
