摘要
沥青路面的永久变形是路面结构层在荷载作用下塑性变形的积累。采用旋转压实仪GC减小沥青混合料试件制作过程中的变异性,在此基础上以MTS810型液压伺服务系统分五级进行单轴压缩蠕变试验,研究重复荷载作用下沥青混合料的变形特性。从能量的角度分析了沥青混合料的永久变形内在机理,探讨了受压状态下耗散能与混合料不可恢复变形间的联系,分析了室温下荷载作用时间对沥青混合料应力与应变关系的影响。
The permanent deformation of asphalt Pavement is the accumulation deformation of the plastic deformation under load . With the use of MTS810 eleeto-servo controlled testing system and GC ( Gyratory Compactor) ,a five stage uniaxial compression creep test is applied to study on the performance of deformation. The energy method is applied to analyse the mechanism of the permanent deformation. And the relationship of the dissipation energy and the permanent deformation is obtained. The influence of the relationship of the stress and strain on the load duration is discussed, at room temperature.
