摘要
当前我国高职院校就业教育服务体系包含动力层面、受动层面、调控层面以及保障层面四个方面的内容,具有以就业为导向等显著特点。近年各高职院校就业教育服务体系的建设取得了长足的进展,但与国外相比仍存有诸多不足之处。坚持把就业工作与高职院校办学的指导思想、教育教学改革、思想教育工作、管理体制的改革、市场和社会需求相结合是完善我国高职院校就业教育服务体系建设的必然选择。
At present, employment service system of higher vocational colleges in China contains four aspects namely power aspect, objective aspect, control aspect and security aspect, with distinctive employment-oriented feature. In recent years, the construction of employment service system has made considerable progress, but it still has many deficiencies comparing with that of foreign countries. To improve employment service system in higher vocational colleges in China, it is necessary to persist in combining employment with the guiding ideology, the reform of education and teaching, the ideological education, the reform of management system, and the needs of market and society.
