摘要
选择2001-09/2008-02四川大学华西医院烧伤整形科各种头面部缺损患者26例,根据头面部的解剖学特点,分别设计以颞前动脉、眶上动脉和面动脉的颏下支为轴性血管的筋膜瓣,移植覆盖头部、额部骨外露缺损区及面颊部的软组织缺损凹陷,表面行皮片移植术,术后筋膜瓣、皮瓣及植皮区完全存活,外形较为满意。提示轴性筋膜瓣血运可靠,是头面部深度组织凹陷缺损的即期、简便、有效的移植修复方法。
A total of 26 patients with skin defects in cranial and facial areas were from Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery, West China Hospital of Sichuan University from September 2001 to February 2008. According to the anatomic characteristics of the cranial and facial areas, the axial temporoparietal fascial flaps （ATFFs） supported by the temporal branch of the superficial temporal artery, supraorbital artery and the branch of facial artery were transplanted to cover defects in cranial and frontal areas, as well as to correct the depression in facial buccal area, respectively. Free skin grafting was used in surface. The fascial flap, skin flap and split-thickness skin survived well with satisfactory appearance after operation. The result suggested blood supply of the ATFF is reliable and the ATFF transplantation is an efficacy and convenient method to repair severe soft tissue defects and depression in cranial and facial areas.
