摘要
采用ＣＤＩＣ纯钛网板支架固定，自体髂骨骨块填塞，颞肌筋膜瓣转移覆盖等同期联合方法用于上颌骨切除即刻修复手术，该方法新颖，近期效果十分满意。但手术步骤较复杂，操作有一定的难度。进一步改进钛网的设计和设计专用器械，将利于在国内有条件的医院开展这一新型手术。
Abstract In this paper,a new method for immediate reconstruction of maxilla after resection is introduced.In this techNique,authors applied commercial pure titanium mesh as support,ipsilateral pedicled temporalis muscle as overlap flap and free autogenous corticocancellous bone as filling material.Some advantage and disadvantage were discussed.
