摘要
系统总结了天麻的药理作用及最新研究进展,简要介绍了天麻的生活史,重点分析了天麻的生长发育及营养机理。在此基础上提出了采用细胞工程技术快速生产天麻素的方法,即生物反应器技术生产天麻细胞团,提取天麻素。
Pharmacological effects,physiological mechanism and reproduction patterns of Gastrodia elata was reviewed.Life history of G.elata was introduced briefly.Its growth and nutrition mechanism was expounded.New reproduction method cellular engineering was raised,which can produce Gastrodin rapidly.Production of cell mass and extraction of Gastrodin by bioreactor technology should be possible and potential.
