新辅助化疗在局部晚期子宫颈癌中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 宫颈癌是引起妇女死亡的第二大妇科恶性肿瘤，全球每年近50万新发病例，约有27万例患者死亡。由于发展中国家尚未普及宫颈癌的普查工作，临床就诊的宫颈癌患者大部分是局部晚期（指Ib2-IVa期）患者。局部晚期宫颈癌患者的治疗，无论选择单纯手术或单纯放疗，局部复发或远处转移率较高、疗效较差，为了提高患者的生存率，妇科肿瘤医师不断摸索不同的综合治疗模式，新辅助化疗（包括放疗前或术前新辅助化疗）就是其中之一。新辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者生存的益处难以定论，为此，
