摘要
采用多元阵列探测技术的激光雷达具有高分辨率、快速成像的优点,正成为国内外研究的热点,并逐渐走向工程化,以此为背景对激光雷达多元阵列探测技术进行了综述。首先对当前目标探测方式进行了比较,说明了采用激光雷达探测的特点及其发展方向;介绍了国内外激光阵列探测技术的进展,给出了激光雷达多元阵列探测系统组成及工作原理;分析了关键技术,如多元阵列探测光学技术,多路信号高灵敏度探测接收技术,激光图像处理及软件设计技术等,讨论了开展多元阵列探测技术研究的难点,最后基于APD阵列的发展现状,对多元阵列探测激光雷达的发展前景进行了展望。
Because of high resolution and fast speed imaging of ladar using multi-element array detecting, it is becoming research hotspot, and coming to engineering gradually. Based on this background, an overview of multi-element array detecting technology of ladar is given. First, the present detecting models for target are compared,the characteristics and developing orientation of ladar detecting are briefly described. The progress of array detecting technology of laser at home and aboard is introduced, and the system composition and working principle of multi-element array detecting of ladar are given. The key technologies are analyzed, such as optical technology of multi-element array detecting, high sensitive detecting and receiving technology of multiplex signal, laser image processing and software design technology etc.. The existing difficulties of developing multi-element array detecting are discussed. Finally, the application prospect is predicted based on the analysis of state of the art of APD array.
