摘要 以马来酸酐(MA)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,以(NH4)2S2O8为引发剂采用水溶液聚合方法合成了马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物螯合分散剂。实验结果表明增加马来酸酐用量可以提高产品的分散性,增加丙烯酸用量产品螯合Ca2+性能好。据此确定了最佳产品合成条件:m(MA):m(AA)=1:3,引发剂(NH4)2S2O8的质量为单体质量的4%,聚合温度为85℃,反应时间为3 h。产物为透明、淡黄色、稍有粘稠状的液体,具有良好的螯合分散性。 Used acrylic acid and maleic anhydride as polymeric monomers, ammonium persulfate as initiator,cpolymer was synthesized in aqueous system. The experiments demonstrated that if increased the amount of maleic anhydride, the chelating power of Ca^2+ would be better, and if increased the amount of acrylic acid, the dispersive ability would be better. So the best synthetic condition was: mass ration of maleic anhydride to acrylic acid was 1:3, weight of initiator was 4% of monomers, reaction temperature was 85℃ and continues for 3 hours. The product was a transparent liquid with a high viscosity and light yellow color. Its chelating power of Ca^2+ was powerful and had a good dispersivity.
