摘要
在分析研究大量资料的基础上,综合了各学者对企业家能力资本的不同看法,组建了企业家能力资本构成体系,利用层次分析法的基本原理建立了综合评价企业家能力资本的层次分析模型,为企业家能力资本的系统分析和客观评价提供了一种科学实用的定量方法。
The different views of many scholars on entrepreneur ability capital are synthesized based on the analysis of materials.The architecture of entrepreneur ability capital is constructed.By using the principle of analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,the AHP evaluating model of entrepreneur ability capital is built.A scientific and practical quantitative method for the system analysis and comprehensive evaluation of entrepreneur ability capital is provided.
