摘要
在对企业家人力资本内涵进行探讨的基础上,利用"产权束"的思想,从企业家人力资本角度对企业的成长进行分析。最后提出基于企业家人力资本的企业成长机理。
This article discussed the connotation of the entrepreneur human capital, in the foundation, by the use of the thought of ＂the property right ties＂ , this article carries on the analysis from the entrepreneur human capital angle to enterprise＇ s growth. Finally, enterprise＇ s growth mechanism on the basis of the entrepreneur human capital is proposed.
