摘要
针对福建省少体校武术套路教练员执教能力的现状与存在的问题,从武术套路教练员创新能力、教学训练能力、指挥比赛能力、交际能力、组织管理能力、学习科研能力的影响力六个方面进行调查、分析提高教练员执教能力的基本策略。
In this article, we aim at the actuality and the problems of the teaching ability of the Martial Art coaches of Fujian Young Physical Training School. We investigated and analysised the coaches＇ability of innovation; teaching and training; command the compete; intercommunication; organization and management; study and reaserch , etc. We also put forward some strategies of how to improve their actuality from the six facets before.
