摘要
根据Hβ分子筛、γ-Al2O3以及其它活性成分在催化剂中所占比例的不同,用混捏法制得一系列催化剂,在微型固定床反应装置上考察了分子筛所占比例、焙烧温度以及添加其它活性成分改性对该催化剂烷基化脱除高含量噻吩硫的活性和寿命的影响,并用Pyridine-IR和XRD对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Hβ分子筛质量分数为50%,制得的催化剂烷基化脱噻吩硫效果最佳;增加B酸可提高催化剂的活性,增加L酸可延长催化剂的寿命;催化效果最好的催化剂可以通过烧焦再生恢复活性。
As Hβ zeolites, γ-Al2O3 and other additives occupy different proportion in the catalyst, a series of catalysts are made by kneading method.The effect on activity and longevity of the catalysts is studied in the micro fixed bed reactor on the effect of different amount of Hβ zeolites, calcination temperature and other additives. At the same time the characterization of the catalysts are tested by The XRD and infrared ray. It is showed that the optimized catalyst contained with 50%Hβ,increasing B acid could improve activity of catalyst, increasing L acid could improve longevity of catalyst; the deactived catalyst could be refreshed by calcination.
