摘要
以铝盐和银盐对钙基膨润土进行化学改性,对Al和Ag的加量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间进行了优化,制备出一种高效复合型染料废水处理材料,并通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR、N2吸附技术对改性前后膨润土的结构进行了表征。结果表明:改性的膨润土中聚羟基铝离子已进入层间与蒙脱石骨架[Si4O10]n发生成键反应形成了Si—O—Al键,改性土的层间距、比表面积和孔体积均较改性前明显提高。用该改性膨润土处理3种浓度为500mg/L的染料废水,脱色率为90%~96%、COD去除率可达75%~90%。
The calcium base bentonite was modified by aluminum and silver salts. By means of optimizing the Al or Ag loading,calcination temperature and calcination time,the modified bentonite with high performance of treating dye wastewater was obtained. The modified bentonite was characterized by XRD,SEM. FT IR and N2 adsorption techniques. The results showed that polyhydroxy aluminum entered into the interlayer of the modified bentonite and Si—O—Al bond was formed between the framework of bentonite ( [Si4O10 ]n ) and [Al3O4 ( OH ) 24 ( H2O) 12]^7+ in the modified bentonite. The interlayer spacing,surface area and pore volume were evidently improved by the modification. The modified bentonite was used to treat three types of dye wastewater with a concentration of 500 mg/L. The decolorization ratio for the dye wastewater was 90% 96 % and the ratio of COD elimination was 75% 90% .
