摘要
目的探讨应用动力髋螺钉结合大粗隆支持钢板治疗EvansB、型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法2004年2月至2007年8月采用动力髋螺钉加大粗隆支持钢板组合治疗EvansB、型股骨粗隆间骨折93例,按Evans分型,B型41例,型52例。合并其他骨折19例。结果92例获得随访,时间6～30个月,均骨性愈合,平均骨折愈合时间10.8周(7～16周)。功能评定优良率84.8%。结论动力髋螺钉结合大粗隆支持钢板对处理EvansB、型股骨粗隆间骨折是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To explore clinical effect of treatment of type Evans Ⅲ B、Ⅳ femoral intertrochanteric frac-tures with DHS（dynamie hip screw） and TSP（trochanteric stabilization plate）. Methods From February 2004 to August 2007,93 cases of type Evans Ⅲ B, Ⅳ femoral intertrochanteric fractures,including type Evans Ⅲ B 41 cases,type Evans Ⅳ 52 eases ,were treated with DHS and TSP. 19 fractures were multiple. Results 92 cases were followed up for 6 to 30 months. All the fractures got bony union after 10.8（7-16） weeks. The functions was excellent and good at the ratio of 84.8%（78/92）. Conclusion DHS and TSP is an idea method to treat type Evans Ⅲ B, Ⅳ femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
