摘要
教学管理是提高人才培养质量的根本保证。要推进教学管理创新,培养创新型实用人才,就必须通过推进管理观念创新、管理制度创新、管理手段创新和管理机制创新,营造创新人才培养的氛围,开放创新人才培养的时空,提高创新人才培养的效能,创建创新人才培养的环境。
Teaching management is the basic assurance for improvement in the quality of talents. To push forward the teaching management innovation and train the talents with innovative ideas and practical skills, we must push forward the innovation of the management concept, the management system, the management means and the management mechanism to create the atmosphere, to open the space, to improve the efficiency and to create environments for the development of the innovative talents.
