摘要
采用焙烧原矿-碳酸钠浸出焙砂-硝酸浸出碱浸渣工艺对某高碳镍钼矿进行了钼、镍浸出研究,并确定了各阶段的主要工艺参数,原矿在550℃下焙烧4 h后,进行碱浸出,碱性浸出剂Na2CO3用量为8%、液固比为3∶1、40℃下浸出2 h后,再对碱浸渣进行酸浸,酸性浸出剂HNO3浓度为35%,液固比为3∶1,70℃下浸出2 h,Mo的总浸出率达到92.72%,N i的浸出率达到97.18%。
The study on leaching of nickel and molybdenum for a high carbon Ni-Mo ore was carried out by using the process of roasting the crude ore-leaching the roasted products by sodium carbonate-leaching the basic leaching residues by nitric acid, and main process parameters of each stage were determined. After roasting the crude ore at 550℃ for 4 h, the alkaline leaching was conducted for 2 h under conditions that the dosage of alkaline leaching agent Na2CO3 is 8%, liquid-to-solid ratio is 3:1 and leaching temperature was 40℃, then the acid leaching was conducted for the basic leaching residues for 2 h under conditions that the concentration of acid leaching agent HNOz is 35%, liquid-to-solid ratio is 3:1 and leaching temperature was 70 ℃. The overall leaching rate of Mo reached 92.72% and the leaching rate of Ni reached 97.18%.
