摘要
介绍了具有电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪,用内标法在毛细色谱柱上测定百菌清的试验方法。通过内标物的比较得出,四氯间二甲苯是内标法测定百菌清的理想内标物。此方法精密度可达到RSD=0.32%,平均回收率可达到97.8%,方法检出限0.133μg/L,各项指标均优于现行国标方法GB/T5750.9-2006(9)。
The methods of determination of chlorothalonil using capillary column and ECD by internal standard gas chromatography are introduced. Tetrachloro -m -sylene is chosen as the proper internal standard in quantification of chlorothalonil by ISTD method. Analysis performance is improved with the method precision of RSD of 0. 32% and recovery rate of 97.8% and MDL of 0. 133μg/L, which is better than those of current standard GB/T5750. 9 -2006 (9)
