摘要
目的探索以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法在血液学检验教学中的效果。方法在2006级医学检验专业专科生的血液学检验教学中,开展PBL教学法实践。通过问卷调查和测试评价PBL教学效果。结果对学生的问卷调查显示PBL教学法能充分体现出学生的主体地位,很好地发挥学生的学习积极性和主观能动性。同时,PBL教学组测试成绩明显高于传统教学对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在血液学检验教学中优于传统的常规教学法,可提高教学效果,促进血液学检验教学质量的提高。
Objective An experimcatal study on problem-based on teaching,PBL applied to hematologic test teaching was conducted in grade 2006 college students. Methods The effect of teaching was evaluated by test and questionnaire. Results PBL method was proved to be better than the traditional eduealion method in hematologic test teaching by the results of examination. The results of questionnaire analysis also showed that PBL method was more suitable to the most students in clinical thought culture and autonomous study motivation. Conclusion PBL can improve the effect of hematologic test teaching, superior to the traditional teaching method.
