摘要
我国北方煤炭资源丰富而水资源极为贫乏,为了解决煤炭资源开发过程中对宝贵水资源的影响破坏,采用了数值模拟和运筹优化管理技术,提出了"煤—水"双资源矿井建设与开发的必要性和可行性,并论述了双资源煤矿井建设与开发的理念,提出矿井地下水控制、利用、生态环保三位一体优化结合、井下涌水清污分流与分排、地表与地下联合疏排和矿井水资源化等"煤—水"双资源矿井建设的具体技术方法。
Northeru China is rich in coal resources but extremely poor in water resources. To solve the impact damage on precious water resources in coal development process, in using numerical simulation and the optimization of logistics management, this paper proposes the necessity and feasibility of "Coal-water" double-resources mine construction and development. On the other hand, this paper exposes the philosophy of "Coal-water" double-resources mine, puts forward the following specific technology methods in " Coal-water" double-resources mine construction: three-in-one optimized combination of groundwater control, use and environmental protection, the diffluence and detachment of underground rinsing and sewage, the united dredging of surface and underground water, making mine water to be resources, and so on.
