摘要
人体基因专利对人类的道德底线提出了挑战。这种挑战体现在三个方面:基因专利损害人的基因自主权、隐私权;侵犯人的最高价值与尊严,破坏生命神圣信仰;违背社会公正。
Gene patent is challenging the bottom line of human beings＇ moral in three main aspects： violating the autonomy and privacy of human genes; desecrating the highest human value and dignity, and destroying the sacred beliefs of life and against social justice.
